If you’ve ever contacted our customer service team, then you’ve probably worked with Nicole! And most likely, you’ve probably learned that the Harkla Happiness Team will bend-over-backward to help any customer:
For us at Harkla, the holiday season is our busiest time of the year, which means we could use some extra help on the customer service side of things.
The holiday season can be hectic as we manage getting thousands of families their Christmas presents on time!
This requires a patient problem solver who can navigate different software and websites to track down customers’ orders and solve various problems!
The hours and location are flexible, but you must be fluent in English and must be able to have time overlap with Nicole in Eastern Time for the first few weeks of training.
After that, you’re free to work any hours you want, as long as some of them are on Sunday or Monday.
