Learn Better Sleep Hygience from Certified Pediatric Therapists

Did you know that inconsistent sleep can look like sensory overload, attention issues, or emotional outbursts?

When kids don’t get the rest their nervous system needs, everything from regulation to learning becomes harder.

In this training, you’ll learn simple, sensory-informed strategies to improve sleep—starting with small changes during the day that lead to calmer nights and smoother mornings.

Whether you're a parent or a therapist, this webinar gives you a strong foundation for supporting better sleep through daily routines, environment shifts, and sensory tools.

When you support sensory regulation and sleep, you’ll help children with:

  • Falling asleep faster and staying asleep longer
  • Reducing emotional outbursts and meltdowns

The Sensory Sleep Crash Course

Distance Learning—Independent and Interactive

The Sensory Sleep Crash Course is a two-hour, AOTA-approved webinar designed for pediatric therapists seeking practical, evidence-based strategies to support sleep regulation in children with sensory processing challenges. This course explores how sensory integration, daily routines, and environmental factors influence a child’s ability to fall asleep, stay asleep, and achieve restorative rest.

Therapists will describe the connection between sensory processing and sleep patterns, identify routine-based modifications that promote successful sleep, and list three sensory strategies that can be integrated into daily routines to support regulation and nighttime readiness. With real-life examples, actionable strategies, and clinical insights, this course equips participants to provide holistic, sensory-informed support that empowers families and promotes better outcomes in sleep, behavior, and emotional regulation.
