Role Overview
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly detail-oriented
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and Figma
- Comfortable working within established brand templates and systems
- Reliable in making recurring edits to existing designs
- Effective at communicating and implementing feedback
- Familiar with digital marketing design principles (preferred)
You will support the Lead Graphic Designer in maintaining visual quality and consistency across marketing channels, including email, YouTube, Shopify, social media, and educational content.
Responsibilities
- Make precise edits to design files (text updates, layout changes, formatting adjustments) in Adobe, Canva, and Figma
- Create email graphics using existing Canva templates
- Design YouTube thumbnails and social media graphics
- Assist with image/static creatives for Meta Ads
- Review and polish downloadable course materials and PDFs
- Ensure design consistency and accuracy across all assets
- Apply feedback with a disciplined and detail-focused approach
Qualifications
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Skilled in Canva and Figma
- Strong layout, typography, and color theory skills
- Familiarity with Shopify/GemPages (preferred)
- Clear and responsive communicator
- Experience with digital marketing assets such as ad creatives or email design is a plus
Position Details
- Part-time role: 10–30 hours per week
- Compensation: $10–$25 USD per hour based on experience
- Location: Remote, open to all time zones
- Type: Independent contractor (long-term preferred)
