Role Overview
We’re hiring an Amazon Marketing Assistant to support our Director of Marketplaces with listing management, reporting/analytics, account health, and SEO research. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience inside Amazon Seller Central, is comfortable with flat files and variations, and keeps clean, organized data. This is a support role with room to grow as our brand scales.

Listing Management |
- Upload & update listings via flat files (pricing, images, copy, A+ modules)
- Fix suppressed/stranded/inactive listings quickly
- Manage parent–child variations and ASIN-level data; ensure compliance
- Assist with review monitoring, rating management, and negative feedback removal

Reporting & Analytics |
- Pull weekly/monthly/quarterly reports (Seller Central, Scale Insights)
- Maintain performance dashboards (ACOS, TACOS, CPA, sales, click share)
- Flag high-spend / low-performing targets or campaigns

Seller Central Monitoring |
- Monitor account health; surface IP complaints, returns, and performance warnings
- Track and record FBA/FBM orders in organized sheets

Keyword Research & SEO |
- Conduct keyword research (Helium 10, DataDive)
- Update backend keywords, alt text, and listing metadata
- Benchmark competitor listings and summarize findings

Project & Admin Support |
- Update Asana task boards and maintain SOP folders
- Document completed tasks with brief written notes or Loom recaps

Required Qualifications

2+ years managing Amazon Seller Central for private label/DTC brands
- Experienced with creating, editing, and troubleshooting listings (including variations)
- Comfortable with flat files for bulk uploads (titles, bullets, backend keywords, A+)
- Understands common compliance triggers; can raise effective support cases with Amazon

Google Sheets: filters, conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, IF, CONCATENATE, SORT

Strong written English for support tickets, listing copy, and SOP notes

Asana (or similar): follows structured workflows, keeps tasks current

AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) to improve listing copy, summarize competitors, and speed research

30 / 60 / 90-Day Plan
0–30 Days
- Onboard to products, ASINs, and SOPs; get access to Seller Central tools
- Audit top listings and fix quick wins (titles, images, backend keywords)
- Stand up weekly dashboard and reporting cadence
31–60 Days
- Own listing updates via flat files; resolve suppressed/stranded listings within SLA
- Refresh keyword research for top ASINs; implement metadata updates
- Begin proactive account-health monitoring and documentation
61–90 Days
- Maintain 100% dashboard hygiene; deliver monthly insights & opportunities
- Standardize competitor benchmarking; propose listing tests (A/B, image, copy)
- Contribute to SOP improvements and scalable workflows
Compensation & Schedule
Hourly Rate (Global): $7–$12 USD/hour (depending on experience)
- $7–8/hr — solid core skills; may need additional training
- $10–12/hr — self-starter; strong Seller Central depth and minimal hand-holding
Schedule: Part-time (10–20 hours/week), remote
