-
New Supplement Brand – launching in Q1 2026.
You’ll be hands-on from day one: building landing pages, coordinating creative, scheduling email/SMS, and tracking performance.
This role is designed as a high-growth training path toward a Marketing Manager position within 12–24 months.
You’ll be enrolled in paid marketing communities and AI courses, and coached weekly on systems, creative, and analytics.
Harkla's Core Principles
Harkla’s mission: Help families raise happy and healthy children with special needs.
This mission is at the core of everything we do. Every decision is centered around, "how does this help our customers?"
We work to achieve this through:
- Free content (YouTube, social media, podcast, etc.)
- Online courses for therapists, parents, and educators
- High-quality sensory products
We differentiate ourselves by always asking how we can be more helpful. Whether through customer service, our blog, or post-purchase info, we aim to provide the best support.
Core Principles
- Our customers are our focus. We’re helping families with autism, ADHD, and sensory issues. This drives our decisions.
- You’re responsible for your work. State what you will do, rather than asking for permission.
- Mistakes are fine. Not learning from them is not.
- Lead with questions, not answers.
- Expect dialogue and debate. We’re passionate about doing something great.
- Our energy and resources support our core focus.
- We’re a systems-based company. Creativity flourishes on a foundation of discipline.
- Freedom and responsibility are rooted in a structured system.
Harkla is a hardworking, autonomous team dedicated to changing the world for those with special needs. It’s a great environment for self-starters who want growth and impact. However, it may not suit those seeking comfort and routine without the responsibility of a flexible, autonomous role.
