I introduced this concept of interoception to a large group of preschool teachers and I am incredibly fascinated and will be providing the teachers with even more training. I really have enjoyed reading about interoception and watching your videos on youtube as well as listening to your podcast.
I would like to do some hands on experiences with the teachers at my next training if you have any ideas you want to send my way!
